Our Event Solutions team are highly experienced in the production of many different events of varying complexity in terms of location, size and budget throughout Europe. We work closely with our clients providing a range of options to meet any budget for any event. From your initial brief we will translate ideas into a detailed, tailored estimate for all your requirements, including 3D visuals of proposed designs and room layouts, along with labour, logistics and transportation costs. Venue co-ordination, Site Survey, Health & Safety and Risk Assessments are all part of the service.
Our expert team handle all aspects of both pre and post-production for your event including Location Filming, Multimedia Opening Sequences, Slideshows and on-screen graphics, presenter support files and conference literature. Post-event editing and duplication of presenter materials as required can be handled in our production studio with ease. Large scale graphics, poster boards, banner-stands and hanging banners can also be designed and printed in-house enabling consistency throughout every part of your event from start to finish. On larger projects a production timetable is prepared ensuring that all aspects of your event are managed effectively. Our team will be in regular contact with you keeping you up to date on progress as required.
